Our property adjusters serve as the eyes and ears to our clients to access damage and collect important data so that our clients can make the appropriate coverage decisions related to 1st and 3rd Party property claims. With each assignment, our professional and licensed adjusters are proficient in utilizing the industry-recognized estimating systems such as Xactimate to supplement their adjusting judgement and experience to prepare accurate and reliable damage estimates.
The adjuster will inspect, measure, photograph and scope the physical damages to create an estimate. Any claim for contents damages, additional living expenses, business interruption, etc. will be addressed to the extent these items were included in the initial assignment. Any potential ‘risk-alert’ concerns that are observed will be assessed and relayed to the client as warranted.
Our adjusters will assist in determining liability, contact all parties to the claim, inspect, measure, photograph and scope the physical damages to create an estimate and more as requested.
Upon assignment of a new construction defect claim, the adjuster will contact all parties to the claim, document all damages, prepare damage estimates, assist in determining liability/causation, verify that the damages claimed are caused as a result of poor/defective workmanship performed by a general contractor, sub-contractor, developer, architect or other party involved in the project build.
Our network has qualified umpires that can serve as means of resolution for when an insured has invoked the appraisal clause in a policy. We will work with both parties to compile and evaluate all the facts to reach an accurate and independent value on the contested claim valuation.
The adjuster will serve as your advocate as he/she handles volumes of CAT claim assignments resulting from hurricanes, hailstorms, floods, fires and other natural disasters.
Upon assignment of a new CAT claim, the adjuster will utilize key industry-recognized estimating systems such as Xactimate and roof measuring systems such as Geomni, etc. These systems are designed to supplement their adjusting judgment and experience to prepare accurate and reliable damage estimates.
Our adjuster serves as your advocate to address damages to products that occur during shipping via vessel, train or truck. Upon assignment of a new inland marine/cargo claim, the adjuster will contact all parties to the claim, assist in determining causation, photo-document all damages, secure shipping paperwork/BOL’s, prepare damage estimates as requested and more.
